Placements24 is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Retail Store Manager to lead our flagship Midrand store. You will oversee day-to-day operations, drive sales performance, and maintain brand standards while building a positive, productive team environment.

The role requires 5+ years in retail management, strong leadership, and expertise in customer service, inventory control, merchandising, and POS systems. You will coach staff, implement sales strategies, and ensure exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in managing and developing a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall store operations, including staffing, inventory management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
