Placements24 is seeking a Senior Retail Sales Associate for our flagship Midrand store in Gauteng. You will lead customer interactions, drive sales, and uphold store standards to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in a customer-facing retail role, strong communication skills, and a proven track record of meeting sales targets. Flexibility for weekends/public holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably senior associate or keyholder.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of retail sales principles and customer service best practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• POS systems and basic computer applications proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent; business/marketing studies are an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays in Midrand.
• Demonstrated leadership potential or mentoring junior staff.

Responsibilities
