Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in retail operations, strategy consulting, or a similar role within the retail sector.
• Proven track record in improving retail operational efficiency, sales performance, or customer experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Demonstrated experience leading projects and teams.
• Familiarity with retail technologies and systems (POS, CRM, E-commerce platforms).

Responsibilities
