Job summary

The role requires 3–5 years in premium retail, solid POS and stock-management skills, and a customer-centric mindset. Supervisory experience is advantageous. Negotiated benefits and a total cost approach are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a premium retail brand with sales principles.
• Familiar with POS and stock management systems and tech.
• Experience in customer-centric brand environments.
• Matriculation completed.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing.
• Lead and motivate retail team to hit sales targets and service goals.
• Train staff on store policies, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Monitor inventory and coordinate stock availability with management.
• Maintain inviting store appearance and cleanliness.
• Handle customer inquiries and escalations professionally.
• Schedule and manage employee shifts to optimize staffing.
• Ensure safety and operational standards compliance.
• Collaborate on strategies to boost sales and store performance.
• Perform other duties to support smooth operations.
