Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Construction Site Manager to oversee residential development projects in Rustenburg. This hands-on leadership role entails directing on-site activities, coordinating trades, monitoring safety, schedules, and costs to deliver high-quality homes.

The ideal candidate has a relevant Construction Management or Civil Engineering qualification, at least 5 years as Site Manager or Foreman in residential construction, and strong ability to read drawings and comply with

Qualifications

• A relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager or Foreman in residential construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and building codes.
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations (OH&S).
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, including scheduling and coordinating subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to plans, specs, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and implement corrective actions.
• Manage site logistics, including material procurement, equipment, and waste.
• Maintain accurate site records such as logs and timesheets.
• Foster relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and authorities.
