Panavision in Cape Town is seeking an experienced Senior Rental Agent to join our Business Development team. You will manage the full rental lifecycle, from initial enquiry to invoicing, and ensure studio bookings meet client needs.

The role combines client-facing account management with Island Studios operations, requiring strong negotiation, relationship building, and keen attention to detail in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental projects from enquiry to invoicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, crew, and industry contacts.
• Provide expert advice on equipment, services, and production solutions.
• Negotiate and deliver profitable rental and studio bookings.
• Manage studio schedules, bookings, and client requirements across Island Studios.
• Serve as primary contact for studio enquiries and feedback.
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities and Finance for seamless delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
