Job summary

Panavision in Cape Town seeks a Senior Rental Agent to join the Business Development team. You will manage full rental lifecycle, build client relationships, drive revenue, and ensure top-notch studio experiences for productions.

You will coordinate with Operations, Facilities, and Finance, negotiate bookings, and identify new business opportunities to grow the portfolio. Experience in rental management is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in rental account management or production services.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.
• Knowledge of the film/TV/production industry advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental projects from enquiry through to completion and invoicing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, crew, and industry contacts.
• Provide expert advice on equipment, services, and production solutions.
• Negotiate and deliver profitable rental and studio bookings.
• Manage studio schedules, bookings, and client requirements across Island Studios.
• Act as the primary point of contact for studio enquiries and feedback.
• Coordinate with Operations, Facilities, and Finance teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth.
