Job summary

Shift Pursuit Pty is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead renewable energy projects from planning through to completion from their Midrand office. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management, commercial acumen and stakeholder management within renewable energy, EPC, construction or infrastructure.

The role requires leadership, excellent communication and a results-driven approach, with willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management or PM.
• 8–10 years of project management experience.
• Experience in renewable energy, EPC, construction or infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, monitoring and close-out of renewable energy projects.
• Manage schedules, budgets, resources and reporting.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors and clients.
• Manage risks and ensure HSE, quality and contract compliance.
