MSP Staffing Pty is seeking a Senior Renewables Engineer to provide technical leadership across solar, wind and battery storage projects. You will guide development through execution and shape technical strategies for client solutions.

You will lead engineering teams, mentor professionals, and build relationships with developers, lenders and stakeholders while driving business development and ensuring adherence to industry standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years' experience in renewable energy engineering; 15+ preferred.
• Strong expertise across Solar PV, Wind and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Demonstrated leadership in engineering teams and project delivery.
• Established relationships with developers, lenders and key stakeholders.
• Proven business development within renewables.

• Deliver technical expertise across solar PV, wind, and BESS technologies.
• Support project development by providing engineering guidance and strategic technical input.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with developers, financiers, lenders, and other key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.
• Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and client solutions.
• Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with industry standards, client requirements, and best engineering practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support successful project execution.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering discipline.
• Professional registration with ECSA will be advantageous.
• Minimum of 12 years' experience in renewable energy engineering, with preference given to candidates with 15+ years' experience.
• Strong technical expertise in Solar PV, Wind, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams.
• Established relationships with renewable energy developers, lenders, and key industry stakeholders.
• Proven business development experience within the renewable energy sector.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
