Qualifications

• 8+ years in real-time graphics programming or technical directing.
• Shipped AAA titles with high-quality graphics.
• Deep knowledge of PBR, GI and deferred rendering.
• Proficient in C++ and graphics APIs (DirectX, Vulkan, OpenGL).
• Experience with Unreal Engine rendering systems.
• Strong math background (linear algebra, calculus).
• Shader languages: HLSL/GLSL.
• Excellent problem-solving and teamwork in a hybrid environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS/Engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and optimization of rendering pipelines for game engines.
• Design, implement and maintain advanced shaders, lighting and post-process.
• Collaborate with artists to optimize assets for real-time rendering.
• Work with programmers to integrate new rendering features and address challenges.
• Profile and optimize rendering performance across hardware platforms.
• Research and evaluate new rendering techniques, tools and technologies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff.
• Document rendering specs and best practices.
