Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in real-time graphics, with at least 4 years in a Technical Director or lead role.
• Expertise in C++ and graphics programming across major APIs (DirectX, Vulkan, Metal).
• Proficiency with Unreal Engine or Unity including engine customization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of real-time graphics engines and pipelines.
• Architect and implement rendering techniques, shaders, and effects systems.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and optimize engine code.
• Contribute to build systems and deployment pipelines for real-time apps.
