The position requires independent work, robust communication, and a track record of credible reports. Applicants should hold SA accreditation as a Certified Valuer or Registered Appraiser and bring 4+ years of appraisal

Qualifications

• Certified Valuer or Registered Appraiser with SA accreditation.
• Minimum of 4 years of real estate appraisal experience.
• In-depth knowledge of appraisal theory and techniques (cost, sales comparison, income).
• Proficiency with appraisal software (e.g., CommDesk, Valueconnect) and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate appraisals of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Conduct property inspections and gather detailed data on characteristics, condition, and comps.
• Research local market conditions, values, and economic trends relevant to appraisal.
• Prepare comprehensive appraisal reports per industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of appraisal best practices and ethics.
• Build and maintain client relationships with professional communication.
