Qualifications

• Certified Valuer or Registered Appraiser with SA accreditation.
• Minimum 4 years of real estate appraisal experience.
• Knowledge of cost, sales comparison and income approaches.
• Proficient with CommDesk, Valueconnect and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate appraisals of residential, commercial and industrial properties.
• Conduct property inspections and collect data on characteristics and comparables.
• Research local market conditions and property values relevant to appraisals.
• Prepare comprehensive appraisal reports meeting industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain knowledge of best practices, ethics and legal requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients and manage deadlines.
• Utilize appraisal software to streamline the valuation process.
• Manage a pipeline of assignments and ensure timely delivery.
