Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a global software rollout. This fully remote role lets you coordinate across international subsidiaries while guiding the project from initiation to implementation.

You will manage scope, timelines, budgets, and dependencies, lead remote teams, communicate with executives, and ensure on-time delivery within requirements. A strong SDLC/Agile background and experience with Jira, Asana, and MS Project are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Business Admin or related field.
• Master's degree or PMP/Agile certification preferred.
• 9+ years PM experience, with 5+ years leading large-scale software implementations.
• Proven global project experience with distributed remote teams.
• Strong SDLC, Agile, and IT infrastructure knowledge.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation in virtual environments.
• Proficient with Jira, Asana, MS Project and collaboration tools.
• Experience in remote-first organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead global software deployment project from planning to delivery.
• Develop detailed plans: scope, timelines, budget, risks.
• Manage remote, distributed project team and foster accountability.
• Oversee stakeholder communications and reporting to senior leadership.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget deployment meeting requirements.
• Coordinate with IT, product, regional leads, and end-users for adoption.
• Champion remote-work best practices and virtual collaboration.
• Lead change management for user transitions.
• Prepare status reports for executives.
