Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Remote Project Manager to lead international technology rollouts. This fully remote role requires exceptional communication and self-management to coordinate across multiple time zones.

You will plan, execute and finalize deployments for software, hardware, and integrations, while managing risks, budgets and stakeholder expectations in a global context.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of project management experience.
• At least 5 years managing global IT technology rollouts.
• Experience in fully remote, distributed teams.
• Strong IT infrastructure, networking, cloud, and SDLC knowledge.
• Expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent organizational, time management and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding virtual communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of global technology rollout projects.
• Develop detailed project plans including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate virtual cross-functional teams across regions.
• Ensure deployment of software, hardware and network infrastructure.
• Identify and manage risks and dependencies across geographies.
• Facilitate communication among global stakeholders via virtual channels.
• Monitor progress, KPIs, and provide status reports to leadership.
• Ensure adherence to policies, security standards and best practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

PMP or PRINCE2 certification (desirable)
