Job summary

Placements24 seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical, large-scale software deployment projects for international clients. This remote-first role requires overlap with core business hours and a proven ability to manage diverse, distributed teams across time zones.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, budgets, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring successful adoption of enterprise software solutions in a remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or relevant Agile certifications (CSM, SAFe) are essential.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in IT project management, with at least 5 years managing large-scale, international software deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closing of global enterprise software deployment projects.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks with a focus on remote team collaboration.
• Develop comprehensive project plans and communication strategies tailored for a distributed workforce and international clientele.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and internal cross-functional teams.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet client requirements and business objectives.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies, implementing effective resolution strategies.
• Facilitate seamless communication and collaboration across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for project-related services.
• Oversee change management processes and ensure successful user adoption of deployed solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement in remote project management practices and software deployment methodologies.
