Placements24 is seeking a Chemical Process Optimization Specialist to join a globally distributed, remote-first team. You will leverage data analysis, process simulation, and chemical engineering principles to boost efficiency, yield and cost-effectiveness across our processes.

The role emphasizes independent remote work, collaboration with operations and engineering teams, and ongoing optimization projects.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field with focus on optimization or control.
• Minimum 5 years in process engineering with significant optimization and data analysis.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and statistical tools.
• Strong understanding of reaction engineering, thermodynamics and transport phenomena.
• Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage projects.
• Excellent communication and collaboration for virtual teams.
