Job summary

SANParks invites applications for a 3-year fixed-term contract to manage infrastructure projects in Nxanatseni and Marula Regions. The role reports to the Programme Manager: Kruger National Park and requires a built environment degree and SACPCMP registration.

The successful candidate will oversee contract management, budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder liaison while ensuring compliance with PFMA and OHS standards. Accommodation outside the park is required and the package reflects this.

Qualifications

• Requires Degree or B-Tech in Built Environment (NQF Level 7).
• Registration with SACPCMP or relevant body.
• 4–6 years project and construction management experience.
• 4–6 years senior management experience.
• Knowledge of PFMA, OHS, CERM, FIPDM acts.

Responsibilities

• Manage infrastructure projects in Kruger National Park (Nxanatseni and Marula Regions).
• Contract management of construction projects.
• Develop business plans and project implementation plans as per funding guidelines.
• Administration, data management and reporting requirements.
• Financial management of project budgets and cash flow.
• Liaise with stakeholders and ensure internal controls.
