Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience focused on industrial, manufacturing, or engineering sectors.
• Knowledge of common industrial roles, machinery and processes.
• Experience sourcing blue-collar and technical candidates.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Familiarity with South African industrial labour market dynamics is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles within the industrial sector, including operational managers, engineers, technicians, and skilled trades.
• Sourcing and engaging candidates with specialized skills for industrial operations.
