Placements24 is recruiting an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant for Welkom, Free State, to lead recruitment across financial services including banking, insurance, and fintech. You will attract, assess, and place top-level professionals in finance, accounting, risk, and compliance, building strong client partnerships and delivering against targets.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for financial services roles, from initial client consultation to offer acceptance.
• Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top-tier talent in finance, accounting, risk, compliance, and related fields.
• Conduct in-depth competency-based interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Build and maintain a strong network of finance professionals and prospective candidates.
• Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers within financial institutions.
• Provide expert market intelligence and consultative advice to clients on talent acquisition strategies and compensation benchmarks.
• Achieve and consistently exceed individual placement and revenue targets.
• Negotiate complex offer packages and manage the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends impacting the financial services talent market.

Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of recruitment experience, with a strong focus on the financial services industry.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for specialized roles such as Accountants, Financial Analysts, Risk Managers, Compliance Officers, and Investment Bankers.
• In-depth knowledge of the financial services landscape, including key players and talent demands.
• Exceptional interviewing, assessment, and candidate evaluation skills.
• Proven track record of building and managing successful client relationships.
• Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and advanced sourcing techniques.
• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Residing in or willing to relocate to Welkom, Free State .
