Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in recruitment consultancy or agency recruitment.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tech.
• Strong understanding of various industry sectors and talent market dynamics.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle for professional and executive roles.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key clients as trusted recruitment partner.
