Qualifications

• Proven experience as Recruitment Consultant or similar in agency.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and relationship management.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency with ATS and recruitment databases.
• Ability to thrive in hybrid working environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a diverse range of roles and clients.
• Actively source and attract high-calibre candidates through various channels.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs.
• Conduct effective interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
• Negotiate offers and manage onboarding for successful candidates.
• Achieve and exceed KPIs related to placements and client satisfaction.
