As a Senior Recruiter, you will assume a leading role within our team, driving the recruitment efforts for a variety of sales, marketing, product, and account management roles. Your experience and expertise will be instrumental in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent to contribute to our ongoing success. This senior-level position requires a strategic mindset, constant curiosity, and the ability to partner effectively with business leaders to craft innovative and impactful recruitment strategies.


Diverse Sourcing and Talent Mapping:

  • Utilize various sourcing channels to identify top talent.

  • Develop innovative outreach strategies to attract a wide range of candidates.

  • Gain a deep understanding of the talent landscape across different functions and industries through talent mapping.


Candidate Engagement and Assessment:

  • Serve as the bridge between candidates and our clients.

  • Conduct initial phone or video interviews, assessing candidates’ knowledge, skills, and experience.

  • Provide comprehensive information about our clients and the role, ensuring transparency and fairness.

Guiding Candidates Through the Process:

  • Track candidates throughout the recruitment process, maintaining complete documentation on candidates’ qualifications and status in systems and within compliance guidelines.

  • Maintain open communication, addressing candidate concerns and questions promptly.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience from start to finish.

Candidate Placement:

  • Facilitate offer negotiations between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Leverage metrics to generate reports and identify areas for recruitment strategy enhancement.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Embrace a collaborative mindset.

  • Leverage data and metrics to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Ideal Applicant Will Have:

  • 2-5 years of agency related recruiting experience within tech, media, or SaaS

  • Sourcing experience using a variety of tools – LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus

  • Experience using an applicant tracking system – Loxo a plus

  • A meticulous approach to organization

  • A network of sales, marketing, account management, and/or product employees

  • An innate understanding of how to prioritize
