Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management, Business Administration, Sports Management or related field.
• Minimum 7 years in facility management with 3+ years in supervision in Leisure & Sports.
• Budget management, financial reporting, strategic planning experience.
• Strong leadership, team motivation, and safety/compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across sports courts, gyms, pools and common areas.
• Lead diverse staff including supervisors, attendants and maintenance personnel.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures for efficiency and safety.
• Manage budgets: revenue forecasting, expense control and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for maintenance and capital projects.
• Develop and execute marketing and programming to attract members and drive utilization.
