Placements24 partners with a globally recognized real estate investment firm to hire a Senior Real Estate Investment Analyst for a fully remote role.

You will analyze investment opportunities, build complex financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV), conduct due diligence, and prepare memorandums to support decisions across multiple markets.

The position demands 5+ years in real estate investment analysis, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote, international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate investment analysis, acquisitions, or asset management.
• Proven ability in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and due diligence processes.
• Strong understanding of real estate capital markets and investment principles.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze potential real estate investments, including market dynamics, financial viability, and risk assessment.
• Develop complex financial models (DCF, IRR, NPV) to forecast investment performance.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including legal, environmental, and physical inspections.
• Prepare detailed investment memorandums and presentations for the investment committee.
• Monitor existing portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimization or disposition.
• Research and report on macroeconomic trends and real estate market conditions.
• Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners in a remote setting.
