• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development project management.
• Proven track record delivering complex real estate development projects.
• Strong knowledge of land use regulations, zoning, and permitting in Gauteng.
• Strong financial acumen including budgeting and pro forma creation.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and MS Office.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
