You will be instrumental in identifying new investment opportunities, managing diverse project portfolios, and ensuring the successful execution of development strategies that align with the company's growth objectives. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential real estate development opportunities, conducting thorough market analysis and financial feasibility studies.

• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in real estate development, project management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex real estate development projects from inception to completion.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, market trends, zoning regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and financial modeling tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
