Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Remote Real Estate Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize a diverse portfolio of investment properties from a fully remote setup. You will develop asset strategies, drive value, and align assets with the company’s strategic objectives.

You will analyze market trends, manage risk, and lead a remote team to deliver superior financial performance across the portfolio, including leasing oversight and capital planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in real estate portfolio management, asset management, or investment analysis.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, valuation, market analysis, and legal aspects of property ownership.
• Excellent communication and remote team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic asset management plans for a diverse portfolio of real estate investments.
• Monitor portfolio performance, analyze market trends, and identify value-enhancement opportunities and risk mitigation.
• Conduct regular financial analysis, including cash flow projections, budgeting, and ROI assessments.
• Oversee property operations, leasing, and capital expenditures to optimize performance and tenant satisfaction.
• Manage relationships with property managers, brokers, lenders, and other third-party service providers.
• Prepare detailed portfolio performance reports and present recommendations to senior leadership.
