Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a seasoned Real Estate Project Manager to lead remote real estate development and renovation projects. You will oversee timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of real estate project management experience, a degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture, and strong leadership, negotiation, and remote-team

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate project management.
• Proven success in managing diverse real estate projects from initiation to closure.

• Proficiency in PM software and ability to manage teams remotely.
