You will identify opportunities, manage budgets, and oversee the entire lifecycle of property development with a distributed team of architects, contractors and consultants.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in real estate development, strong finance and market analysis skills, and demonstrated leadership in remote environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Admin, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in real estate development and a proven record.
• Strong finance, market analysis and project management understanding.
• Excellent negotiation and leadership, with remote team management.
• Proficiency in development software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Experience navigating regulatory requirements and securing permits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate development opportunities and conduct feasibility studies.
• Manage all development phases from land acquisition to construction.
