Placements24 is seeking an innovative and experienced Remote Property Developer to lead and manage real estate development projects from conception to completion, all while working from a remote location. You will drive opportunities, assess viability, secure financing, and coordinate design and construction with cross-functional teams.

The role demands a strategic thinker with a strong grasp of the development lifecycle, market analysis and robust negotiation, communication, and presentation

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in real estate development with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of all phases of the development process, from site selection to project closeout.
• Excellent financial acumen, including proformas, financing structures, and investment analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential land acquisitions and development opportunities in target markets.
• Conduct feasibility studies, market analysis, and financial modeling to assess project viability.
• Secure project financing through relationships with lenders and investors.
• Manage the development process, including zoning, permitting, design, and construction oversight.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure project quality and timelines.
• Oversee project budgets, cost control, and risk management throughout the development cycle.
