Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Developer to lead end-to-end real estate projects from concept through handover. You will drive feasibility, design, financing, and construction while coordinating remote teams across Benoni and beyond.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in large-scale developments, deep zoning and planning knowledge in South Africa, and strong leadership with a track record of delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

About the Role

Our client, a distinguished real estate development firm renowned for its innovative urban projects, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Real Estate Developer to spearhead ambitious new developments. This pivotal role is responsible for the entire lifecycle of development projects, from initial concept and feasibility studies through to design, construction, and final handover. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex real estate developments, excellent leadership qualities, and a deep understanding of zoning laws, construction processes, and financial structuring within the Gauteng property market.
