Placements24 is seeking a Senior Real Estate Acquisition Manager to drive property acquisition strategies across markets with a remote-first approach. You will lead the end-to-end acquisition process, from sourcing and due diligence to negotiation and closing, collaborating with internal teams and external partners to maximize investment returns.

This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in real estate transactions and the ability to manage a remote team

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in real estate acquisitions, development, or investment management.
• Proven ability to source, negotiate, and close complex real estate transactions.
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence processes.

Responsibilities

• Source and evaluate acquisition opportunities aligned with investment criteria.
• Perform due diligence, including financial analysis, market research, and legal review.
• Negotiate acquisition terms and agreements for favorable outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers, brokers, developers, and other industry contacts.
• Coordinate with legal, finance, and operations teams to ensure timely closing.
• Present detailed investment proposals and recommendations to senior leadership.
