Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly motivated Remote Real Estate Acquisition Specialist to identify and secure investment properties across markets. This fully remote role involves sourcing off-market deals, due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements to expand the client’s property portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in real estate acquisitions, strong financial and analytical skills, and the ability to close deals remotely.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of real estate investment strategies, financing, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport remotely.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis software.
• Demonstrated success in sourcing and closing real estate deals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and source potential real estate investment opportunities, focusing on off-market deals.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and due diligence on potential acquisitions, including property condition and market value assessments.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and other sources of investment opportunities.
• Negotiate purchase prices and terms with sellers to achieve favorable acquisition agreements.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and reports for senior management review.
• Manage the closing process for acquired properties, coordinating with legal teams and other third parties.
