Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction.Proven track record with cost management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for construction projects.
• Manage tendering processes, evaluate bids, and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor project expenditure, track costs against budget, and report on financial performance.
• Administer construction contracts, manage variations, and process interim and final payments.
• Identify and manage financial risks associated with construction projects.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and verify valuations.
