Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the commercial construction sector.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, procurement, and cost management principles.
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare bills of quantities, tender analysis, and cost reports.
• Manage and control project costs throughout the entire project lifecycle.
• Advise on contract variations, claims, and dispute resolution.
• Conduct feasibility studies and cost estimations for potential projects.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and financial regulations.
