Deloitte is seeking a Senior Manager – Quality & Risk Audit Technical to provide audit technical support to the Africa public audit practice. You will lead learning interventions, author content aligned to ISA standards, and coach teams to raise audit quality across engagements.

With 7 years of experience and CA(SA) qualifications, you will drive thought leadership, engage with senior teams, and advance Deloitte's standards and client service excellence across the region.

Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with registration.
• Extensive experience in Audit & Assurance environments.
• Strong knowledge of ISA standards and PCAOB considerations.

Responsibilities

• Provide audit technical support to engagement teams to ensure high quality audits.
• Develop and lead audit learning interventions for staff and managers.
• Author or review audit support content in response to professional standards (ISA-based Audit Approach Manual).
• Coach engagement partners and teams to improve audit file quality and outcomes.
• Specialize in application of ISA; knowledge of PCAOB standards is advantageous.
• Lead and develop high-performing teams and individuals, guiding delivery of client service.
