Job summary

Network Finance seeks an experienced Audit Manager to own audit and accounting engagements across a diverse client base. You will lead audit teams, ensure high-quality, compliant work, and present findings to senior stakeholders.

The role requires CA(SA), 7+ years in public practice, and proven leadership, planning, and communication skills. You will report to senior leadership and drive process improvements and growth within the firm.

Qualifications

• CA(SA) qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 7 years’ audit experience in public practice.
• Post-articles experience of at least 4 years.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full audit lifecycle across multiple engagements.
• Sign off audit files and ensure IFRS/IFRS for SMEs compliance.
• Provide technical leadership and risk management oversight.
• Manage people, performance, and resourcing.
• Maintain strong client relationships and assist in business development.
• Oversee WIP, timesheets and fee recovery.
