Qualifications

• 5-7+ years' experience in IT Audit, Internal Audit, Technology Risk, or IT Assurance.
• Demonstrated experience managing client engagements and leading teams.
• Degree in IT/IS/CS/Accounting or related field; CISA required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple IT audit engagements, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation.
• Serve as primary client contact and build strong stakeholder relationships; present findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Lead, coach, and develop teams; drive performance management and career development.
• Provide technical oversight on complex IT audit engagements and ensure compliance with standards and regulatory requirements.
