Job summary

Network Finance is seeking a senior quality leader with a strong background in fabrication, welding, machining, assembly and mining/mineral-processing equipment. You will own quality control across manufacturing and project execution, ensuring products meet customer specs and international standards.

Expect leadership of quality teams, robust QMS implementation, and collaboration with OEMs. The role requires extensive inspection experience, ISO 9001:2015 proficiency, and strong RCA/CAPA

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory quality role.
• Strong manufacturing quality control experience in mining equipment or heavy engineering.
• IWI-S/IWI-C/CSWIP welding inspector certification or equivalent.
• ISO 9712 Level 2 in NDT methods (VT/PT/MT/UT).
• AMPP/NACE CIP Level 2 or equivalent.
• ASME Section VIII/IX and ASME B31.3 knowledge.
• Experience interpreting engineering drawings and specs.

Responsibilities

This is a senior quality leadership opportunity for a technically strong professional with experience in fabrication, welding, machining, assembly and mining/mineral-processing equipment. The successful candidate will take ownership of quality control across manufacturing and project execution, ensuring products and deliverables meet customer specifications, engineering standards and international quality requirements. Job Experience & Skills Required

• 5+ years' experience in a leadership or supervisory quality role.
• Strong experience in quality control within manufacturing, mining equipment, mineral processing or heavy engineering environments.
• IWI-S / IWI-C / CSWIP Welding Inspector certification or equivalent.
• IWT / IWE qualification or strong practical knowledge of welding procedures, including WPS, PQR and WPQ.
• ISO 9712 Level 2 in relevant NDT methods - minimum VT, PT, MT and UT.
• AMPP/NACE CIP Level 2 or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of ASME Section VIII Division 1, ASME Section IX and ASME B31.3.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 requirements and implementation.
• Experience with welding inspection, fabrication, machining, assembly and pressure-equipment quality requirements.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
• Experience with NDT, material traceability and inspection methodologies.
• Proven experience managing customer inspections and FATs.
• Strong knowledge of RCA, CAPA and continuous-improvement methodologies.
• Experience working with major mining equipment/OEM environments such as FLS, Metso, Delkor or similar
