Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in QA/QC in food manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000 or related standards.
• Proven team leadership and QMS implementation experience.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Oversee QA/QC testing and inspections across production.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, ISO standards.
• Mentor QA team and conduct performance evaluations.
• Lead CAPA investigations and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Production, R&D, and Procurement to drive improvements.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits.
