Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in public sector consulting, policy analysis, or a senior role within a government agency.
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategic planning and reform projects for public sector clients.
• Deep understanding of public sector operations, governance, and policy-making processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior officials.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and diverse stakeholder groups.
• Knowledge of public finance management and budgeting processes is advantageous.
• Must be based in or willing to work from Vereeniging, Gauteng, and possess the right to work in South Africa.

Responsibilities
