Placements24 is seeking a dedicated Management Consultant to support strategic initiatives within the public sector, based in Soweto. You will partner with government entities to enhance service delivery, improve operational efficiency, and implement effective public policy.

The role requires a strong background in public administration, policy development, and project management, with a commitment to public service and practical, impactful strategies for community improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Public Administration, Policy, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in management consulting, public policy analysis, or government operations.
• Proven experience in advising public sector organizations or leading public sector initiatives.
• Strong understanding of public finance, policy implementation, and governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of public sector operations, strategies, and service delivery models.
• Develop strategic recommendations and implementation plans to improve efficiency and citizen engagement.
• Assist in formulation and evaluation of public policies and programs.
