• Minimum 5 years’ of Financial Accounting experience.
• Strong reconciliation and reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage rental accounting and property-related financial transactions
• Prepare and maintain rental schedules and reconciliations
• Perform detailed Income Statement and Balance Sheet reconciliations
• Manage debtors invoicing, allocations and reconciliations
• Maintain debtor and creditor age analyses
• Process and reconcile rental, utilities and related expenses
• Prepare promotional, revenue and management reports
• Assist with month-end and year-end reporting requirements
• Support annual audit processes and compliance requirements
• Provide financial support to stakeholders across the business
