Qualifications

• Qualified CA(SA) with extensive finance leadership experience.
• Experience in property finance or multi-entity portfolios is required.
• Proven ability to lead reporting, compliance and treasury functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end finance function including monthly reporting.
• Manage property tenant income, billings and recoveries.
• Ensure governance, internal controls and regulatory compliance.
• Lead and develop the finance team through transition.
