Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of supply chain optimization projects.
• Analyze current supply chain processes to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost, and service levels.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams, including logistics, warehousing, procurement, and IT personnel.
• Oversee the implementation of new technologies, such as Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), and automation solutions.
• Manage vendor selection and relationships for supply chain solutions and services.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and deliver measurable business benefits.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 5 years in project management roles focused on optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale supply chain transformation projects.
• Deep understanding of logistics, warehousing, transportation, and inventory management principles.
• Experience with implementing supply chain software (WMS, TMS, ERP systems).
