Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in supply chain management and project management, with a focus on optimization projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale supply chain projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of inventory management, warehousing, transportation, and demand planning principles.
• Experience with supply chain software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience working in the North West region or with similar industrial operations is advantageous.
