Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• PM certification such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies preferred
• Minimum 6 years' project management experience within fintech, banking, or payment solutions environments
• Strong experience using Jira and Confluence
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies including Agile and Waterfall
• Exposure to APIs, systems integrations, and payment technologies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and client management capability
• Strong organisational, reporting, and documentation skills
