Placements24 is seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to drive operations improvement for its East London facilities. You will lead cross-functional teams to analyze workflows, develop improvement strategies, and implement cost-saving solutions.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of PM experience with a focus on manufacturing operations, Lean/Six Sigma, and strong data analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in project management with focus on operations improvement.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement frameworks experience.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to enhance operational efficiency, productivity and quality.
• Analyze current processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements.
• Develop comprehensive project plans with scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Manage execution, track KPIs, and ensure successful implementation.
• Facilitate change management for new procedures and technologies.
