About the Role

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a focus on operational excellence to manage key projects for their Port Elizabeth -based operations, with the flexibility of a remote work arrangement. You will be responsible for enhancing operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve strategic business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of operational workflows, exceptional analytical skills, and the ability to drive change effectively within a distributed team. You will be instrumental in optimizing performance and ensuring the successful execution of projects that directly impact business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and completion of operational improvement projects from initiation to closure.
• Analyze existing operational processes to identify areas for enhancement and efficiency gains.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
• Manage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment with project goals in a remote setting.

Requirements
